Our Story
We are an Italian couple who has moved to Algarve a year ago. We felt in love with it.
We travelled and worked all around the world between Oceania, Asia, Europe Central and North America. Now we are lucky enough to call Portugal home, we want to share with you our love and passion.
We have worked for years in Michelin environment, hotellerie, private chef, events and fine dining. We are dynamic couple who believes in smiles at hard work and passions that same that connects us to our local farmers and fishermans.
Hard work and passion from farm to table is the essential change that we need to bring to our clients, supporting local farmers and producers, providing a much more authentic experience and letting them fall in love with beauty Algarve like we did.
Chef Francesco:
Roman born, travelled the World since 2008. Degrees in culinary Arts at Toronto GBC culinary university Canada, bachelor in Nutrition in Gastronomy.
Experience in Michelin environment and 5 stars "The Leading hotel of the World" private chef in villas, culinary consultant.
Lived and worked in Italy, Usa,Canada, Australia, Spain, France, Portugal.
Passionate about sustainable agriculture, health and nutrition aspects of dining, fermentation. And the essential impact of vegetables based diet in modern menu editing.
All about freshness of product and connecting to producers and farmers to support local business and provide farm to table to clients.
Maitre Francesca:
A career dedicated to hospitality .
Born in gorgeous Como lake, passionate about fine dining, wines and excellence. Master and bachelor degree in Fashion Design in Milan, Italy.
Comes from a family with a hospitality history, deeply in love with travelling and learning.
Positive attitude , always with a smiley face but focused on perfection and eye to details to provide a smart casual and friendly service to clients.
The idea of expectation of high standard , providing the extraordinary experience to clients , generated and transmitted by many years around the world in the Michelin environment , The Leading Hotel of the World, and the best fine dining in Usa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy and recently Portugal in private luxury villas.
